AlexAlexandra Morgan Carrasco is an American professional soccer player who plays as a striker and captains for San Diego Wave FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) which is the top division of women's soccer in the United States, and the United States women's national soccer team.She co-captained the United States women's national soccer team alongside Carli Lloyd and Megan Rapinoe from the year 2018 to 2020. [8][9] Morgan was chosen by the Western New York Flash at number one in the 2011 WPS Draft. She had graduated from Berkeley early. Morgan also played for California Golden Bears. Morgan made her debut at the club and helped the team win its league championship. Morgan played a key role in helping the United States winning their titles at the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cups and the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. She was named to both the Dream Team and won the Silver Boot in 2019.
